every night before bed, try lying down, and listening to some soothing music. I'd recommend going to www.chuckwild.com and see if that helps. anyway, once you have the music playing, focus on tensing and relaxing different muscle groups in your body, until you're limp, all the while breathing in deeply when you tense up, anp, and exhaling as you relax. It'll help you forget your worries at least for a little while. I've used this exercise to help me cope with anxiety problems, and it has certainly worked.

Mine told me the exact same thing. I only find it's best to do those before bed, because I get tired pretty quickly.

There is a vocal warm up exercise used for singers and it can be put to use here. It basically involves breathing in for four beats, holding for six and breathing out for eight. Do this for as long as you need to. Also the technique mentioned above re muscle group relaxation does work too.

a hot, steamy, soapy bubble bath with either Oceanus, Narolie Jasmine or some other glorious fragranced luxuries from Bodyshop works wonders, while lying back on a memory foam bath pillow, your favourite Harry Potter book on the diskman or shower radio next to you can only do good at the end of a very long day, then, either a back massage with your Bodyshop ball massager or your vibrating battery-operated mini massager giving yourself an indian head massage. Aah, heaven!

Or, not so long ago, I was in a Customer Service class and the lecturer basically told us about this stress-relieving technique. Simply, just go, lock yourself in a bathroom or toilet cubical, take a deep, deep breath, then scream (silently mind, lol.) It really does help I had no choice but to try it myself when things got quite stressful in College (in fact, they are still quite stressful, so if you'll excuse me, lol... Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! lol.

Rania, I often have the same problem. I suggest meditation.
